WHERE CAN I FIND ALCOHOL DELIVERY IN TORONTO?
Alcohol Delivery Toronto now delivers alclhol in the Ontario cities of Ottawa, London, Sarnia, and Chatham. Don’t worry if you don’t reside in that area; major expansion plans are in the works. Visit our Cities page to find out where we aim to open our following location.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED?
As soon as possible. In most cases, our Licensed Delivery Vendor completes deliveries within one hour of purchase. However, delivery timeframes may vary based on the day of the week, the time of day, and other factors.
IS AN IDENTIFICATION CARD REQUIRED?
To get your purchase, you must produce a valid government-issued picture ID at the time of delivery. The items bought will be returned to the shop if the order recipient is under 19. In this case, you will be repaid the entire amount of your purchase, minus the shipping fee.
HOW MUCH DOES ORDERING COST?
Toronto Alcohol Delivery charges a fixed delivery price of $5. We additionally charge a Service Fee on top of the purchase amount to assist us in providing the most satisfactory service and expanding our reach! All gratuities go straight to the dedicated drivers that make it possible to get your orders!
ARE THERE ANY OPERATING HOURS?
We’re presently working with the LCBOs in the Ontario cities we serve to determine their operating hours. The hours are as follows in general. However, COVID 19 modifications may have an influence.
We are working 24/7 days a week.
WHERE DO I GO TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your purchase, please do so as quickly as possible by emailing [email protected]. You will not be charged any cancellation costs if the driver has not yet taken action on the delivery. If you need to amend your order, cancel the prior one, place a new one, and email [email protected]. so we can reimburse you for the old one. Cancellation costs may apply if the driver has already completed the first order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
Alcohol Delivery Toronto makes a commercially reasonable attempt to maintain correct inventory information; nevertheless, if a product is out of stock, our Licensed Delivery Vendor will call you through the phone number you gave at checkout to amend your order to your specifications.
WHO IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY ORDER?
If you are above 19, anybody at the residential home unit, apartment, or other location may take your order. At the time of delivery, the person who takes the order will, of course, be identified.
WHERE DO I GO IF I MISS MY ORDER?
All missed deliveries are returned to the shop as per our policy. You will be repaid the total amount of your purchase, minus the shipping price, in this case. The delivery charge will remain unchanged, ensuring that the driver does not lose money on a delivery that has already been performed.
